HOW TO BOOK

Account holders can book quickly 24 hours a day online using our booking portal. You will also be able to see how long before your car is due to arrive. Anyone can call our 24 hour phone service to book and we can take payment over the phone or using contactless payment in the car. We can email your receipt to you so your expenses are easy to manage.

SMS CONFIRMATION

Before each pick-up customers will receive a text message with the name and mobile number of the driver and confirming the pick-up location. This includes the reagistration number of the car. The client can be confident that they’re being met by the right vehicle.

THE PICK UP

Our driver will meet you at the pick up point and will call if necessary to let you know he has arrived. He will help with luggage, assist with any disabilities and ensure your comfort.

THE JOURNEY

If you have brought your own entertainment device, you can plug it in and not worry about battery life. If you prefer to have the radio on, just ask the driver. You’ll find bottled water to keep you refreshed during your trip. The car is climate controlled so let the driver know if you need the temperature adjusted.

YOUR DESTINATION

When you arrive, the driver will assist with your bags as much as possible, although traffic or parking restrictions may limit how much he can help.
